This is a newly built property by us. Built in 2002/3

The property shown on the right is another new build, located on the Carlton Colville Marshes. This was built in 2006.

The property has both front and side entrances, with patio doors at the rear. Downstairs has a kitchen, dining room, lounge and downstairs toilet.

Moving upstairs where there are 4 bedrooms, two frontward facing and  another two bedrooms facing to the rear.

The garage is joined to the side of the house, on the right hand side as you look at the photo. Off road parking is available to the left of the house as well.
